Fabulous, Fit, Fantastic and Forty!

If you are in their forties and beyond your body, energy levels and muscle tone may have had to deal with these questions.

What happens to women when they reach their forties and beyond? Fully what your muscles atrophy? What ceased to exist, their metabolism? They loose all resistance to gravity? Dive depth to their fitness level is unattainable? It looks like a few days, but maybe the answer to these questions ...

No, no, no and no!

In case you did not hear me, do not respond to all of the above! It's no wonder women in their forties with aging and self-understanding is a difficult time. Changes, it's true. However, if you are experiencing these things and wish you could do something about it, so can you!

You've heard it said that 50 new 40, and we all know that 30 was already amazing. But where does leave the 40?
